SQL Database Administrator / Software Developer
My main responsibilities are too extract consumer and business data relevant to our clients marketing needs, in the time I have been at TDP Agency I have created a bespoke quoting and output system for their sales team and have automated many recurring admin tasks.
- Updating windows form application for quoting system I created using Visual Studio.
- Creating websites in WordPress or using Visual Studio ASP.NET MVC framework depending on time scale and clients budget.
- Running data analysis on our clients sales data to target specific demographics based on the highest conversion rates.
- Finding new ways of sourcing and updating B2B data using automated methods.

Marketing Manager
Hired as a consultant originally to help launch the venue which has had massive success, I was then hired full time to help assist with promotion, sourcing quality entertainment and finding efficient ways to run the business and minimise costs

Web Developer
Main responsibilities were maintaining and improving multiple web and mobile applications within the company as well as creating a web application to monitor and score staff performance using call, claim and HR data as part of a multi-tier bonus scheme. After that I started work on a system to predict staffing numbers needed in the call centre to minimise the cost of over staffing.

Providing bespoke software applications too various insurance companies and retailers. Since I started the role I successfully created automated management information report packages for over 15 insurers.
- Creating, maintaining and testing Crystal Reports for customer software.
- Designing automated solutions for Excel reporting through VB6.

Data Analyst
Collecting and collating data to carry out complex analysis in support of management and insurer requests. My biggest project with this company was to create an automated KPI reporting system to measure customer service within their call centre for a multi-tier bonus scheme.
- Producing regular and ad-hoc scheme performance and underwriting reports for breakdown insurance
- Prioritising requests from insurers, underwriters, vehicle recovery operators, internal directors and the FCA
- Reviewing premiums and designing products for key clients e.g. EUI, KFIS and niche providers
- Creating models to predict industry price rises related to fuel costs, inflation, and competitor behavior
- Producing complex ad-hoc reports in an extremely restrictive time frame ahead of critical meetings
- Developing and maintaining reporting tools across MS Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, VBA)
- Providing technical support to a number of departments for bespoke VBA applications
- Removing manual labour from 150+ scheduled reports saving 10 days per month
